Refund Policy

At Saving The Dogs, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Return window

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. It must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email support@savingthedogs.com. If accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and clearance/sale items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons some personal-use items may be non-returnable once opened — ask us if unsure.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll tell you if it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it. If 15 business days pass after approval, contact support@savingthedogs.com.

To stop future VIP Membership charges, cancel anytime via Membership Cancellation. See Terms & Conditions (Section 4A) for full billing terms.
