Welcome to Saving The Dogs. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gold Ink Media LLC, operating under the brand name Saving The Dogs. Gold Ink Media LLC owns and operates this website and online store (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order.
2. Products
Our products are general consumer wellness devices. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and make no medical or therapeutic claims.
3. Prices
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Each product is offered at a VIP (member) price and a full Guest price. Choosing “VIP Add to Cart” enrols you in the Saving The Dogs VIP Membership (Section 4A). “Guest Add to Cart” charges the full price with no membership.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, resale, or pricing inaccuracies. An order is not binding until we confirm it and payment is processed.
Section 4A — Billing Terms (VIP Membership)
When you affirmatively choose VIP Add to Cart and complete checkout, you accept our optional VIP offer and agree to enrol in a monthly, automatically-renewing membership (the “VIP Membership”). By enrolling, you authorise Gold Ink Media LLC to charge the payment method you provide at checkout as follows:
- You will be charged $29.99 USD every 21 days, starting today, until you cancel.
- You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each transaction, and a receipt after each successful charge.
- You may cancel at any time via the Membership Cancellation page or by emailing support@savingthedogs.com. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep anything already purchased.
To pay full price and not enrol in any membership, use Guest Add to Cart.
5. Returns & refunds
Our Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee govern all returns and refunds.
6. Shipping
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Services is owned by or licensed to Gold Ink Media LLC and may not be reused without permission.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Services and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Ink Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows when. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
